How it all began....
In 1978, Dan started working in the construction industry and went on to start his own company, Rhoades & Sons Construction Inc., in 1986. Rhoades & Sons started out framing tract housing in Clark County and Dan framed custom houses on the side. In 1997, Rhoades & Sons expanded to start framing in Pasco, WA. This led to Dan and his family moving to Centerville, WA, for a central location between both localities. Rhoades & Sons began building on the side in Klickitat County, and business improved until in April of 2006, Kaban Homes Inc. was founded.
Kaban Homes was founded by Dan & Nadine Rhoades and Aaron Rhoades to concentrate on building locally. In January 2024, Kent Rhoades joined the company. We look forward to serving you as the best general contractor in Klickitat County.
