Dan started working in the construction industry in 1978 and in 1986 started Rhoades & Sons Construction Inc. Rhoades & Sons started out framing tract housing, and framing custom houses on the side in Clark County until 1997, when Dan and his family moved to Centerville, WA, and began framing in Pasco, Wa. Rhoades & Sons began building on the side in Klickitat County, and business improved until in April of 2006 Kaban Homes Inc. was founded.

Kaban Homes was founded by Dan, Nadine, and Aaron Rhoades, to concentrate on building in Klickitat County, and in June of 2009 Chad Rhoades joined the company. We look forward to serving as your general contractor in Klickitat County.
